It is obvious why I am gonna make this post to be of birthday theme. But if ever you don't know it, well, I am gonna tell you. I was able to see the light of the sun on the 28th day of March almost twenty-five years ago. So you see, this very month falls my birthday. Oh-uh... so I will be a year older alright. Every time it's my birthday, I can't help but be grateful for the past that happened and be eager enough to face what the future holds. Had I remained single during this time, I am sure I am on top careerwise. With how competitive I am academically, I know myself to excel in the field of endeavour I am in. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to do it because fortunately, I took the step of getting married to the only person I've known to be the humblest when it comes to his academic achievements. That's when I learned to mellow down a little with mine.
Come 28th of this month, I am thinking that I will be in Davao, in my Ate Eve's place, together with my whole family. Too bad swithart won't be there with me in sharing that wonderful time with my mother and sisters and brother and all their respective families. I know how much he wants to be with us on that time but restraints and season don't allow so we'll just let it be. Hopefully, when he could go follow us in the last days of May, we can go make a trip somewhere in our place, all three of us. I am sure it will be a wonderful time!
Well, since March is the month where I know a lot of friends and acquaintances who will be celebrating their birthdays, too, I am gonna include here the different languages of greeting someone a "happy birthday". If you are one of us- celebrants, do consider yourself being greeted by me. However you like it to be said and whatever language you wanna hear it, here's to you!
Cheers for another new year and new life!
